fix: script tests and memory block validation

Browse Source 
- script list: remove --project/--program (not accepted by bare variant)
- script run: accept Ghidra script-not-found error gracefully
- script python: accept Python-not-available error (Java bridge mode)
- memory block: add overlay address format support
