There is unresolved external symbol build issue with BUILD_CSME_UPDATE_DRIVER enabled in BoardConfig. By adding the BootloaderCommonLib in BootloaderDebugLib inf file will address this issue. Signed-off-by: Ong Kok Tong <kok.tong.ong@intel.com>
