Florent Kermarrec a6acfb9a37 stream/Buffer: Integrate PipeValid/PipeReady (both configurable) and add tests. 
Allow selecting pipelining of valid/data or/and ready and creating a full Skid Buffer
(Pipeline of both valid/data and ready).
