Now that directory and symlink reads go through netfslib, the afs_read struct is mostly redundant with almost all data duplicated in the netfs_io_request and netfs_io_subrequest structs that are also available any time we're doing a fetch. Eliminate afs_read by moving the one field we still need there to the afs_call struct (we may be given a different amount of data than what we asked for and have to track what remains of that) and using the netfs_io_subrequest directly instead. be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the reStructuredText markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
