So far the kernel's `Box` and `Vec` types can't be used by userspace test cases, since all users of those types (e.g. `CString`) use kernel allocators for instantiation. In order to allow userspace test cases to make use of such types as well, implement the `Cmalloc` allocator within the allocator_test module and type alias all kernel allocators to `Cmalloc`. The `Cmalloc` allocator uses libc's `realloc()` function as allocator backend. be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the reStructuredText markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
