If the device node of dvb_ca_en50221 is open() and the device is disconnected, a UAF may occur when calling close() on the device node. The root cause is that wake_up() and wait_event() for dvbdev->wait_queue are not implemented. So implement wait_event() function in dvb_ca_en50221_release() and add 'remove_mutex' which prevents race condition for 'ca->exit'. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
