Connor McLaughlin d535331b4b Misc: Remove __fastcall, __fc, __concall and friends
These have no meaning in x64 (apart from throwing compiler warnings),
and we don't do 32-bit anymore. Also saves needing to include
`Pcsx2Defs.h` in files which don't otherwise need it.

Connor McLaughlin 845e7930d7 microVU: Move VU0 micro flag instance setup to program start
They're only used in micro mode, so no point updating them in a cop2
chain.

sudonim1@gmail.com ad3720c107 VIF: EXPERIMENTAL, NOT SANITY CHECKED: Delayed VU execution until the next flush, mpg, microprogram call or (as a fallback) end of dma packet to deal with cases like MSCAL, UNPACK, MSCAL (expects the first program to receive the unpack data).
Fixes Snowblind's games (BG Dark Alliance etc.), Mortal Kombat Shaolin Monks.  May break things, needs extensive testing.

refraction d29a30c265 VIF: Reworked the VU delays in to scheduled events to simulate VU run time without killing Metal Saga or Fahrenheit. Adjusted the COP checks on the VU's to use the same method as the VPU_STAT is never set essentially so the VU is never "running".
Path3 Masking: Fixed a bug which caused persona 3 not to boot, previous a hack had been put in place to get around this.
VIF: Fixed a VIF error with the rare game Realta Nua, now goes through the prologue correctly. Game requires the EE timing hack to get rid of most of the noise (Path3 masking problem with new GIF unit, unfixable).

Expecting bugs, I will be monitoring this.

Jake.Stine 003da7d287 MAJOR: All new hwRead and hwWrite handlers (expect regressions). Details:
* Writes via 16 and 8 bit ops now use 32-bit read/modify/write operations by default; which should enable nearly complete support for all such operations (instead of the formerly spotty coverage before).
 * Eliminated almost all former 8/16-bit specific register operations.  All code shares the same 32 bit handlers now.
 * Completely revamped the developer trace logs for hardware registers!  *ALL* registers are logged now, complete with address, name, and value being read/written (and nicely formatted!).
 * Handlers are now fully page-based using templated functions (minor speedup)

Jake.Stine 70cd51a64b A 'nice' fix for GCC's fickle dislike of packed structs. 1) the VU registers struct no longer needs packed (the unions ensure proper packing); 2) introduction of 128-bit UQ/SQ members.

cottonvibes 227a651c17 VU interpreters/recompilers: Started working on a way where we can run the VU's based on how much time has actually passed, instead of constant fixed cycles.
Currently still using the fixed-cycle method... so should behave the same as before.

Jake.Stine c17455c702 User Interface code cleanups and bugfixes. some highlights:
* Configuration panels are all modal-less now, so that you can open the config panel and leave it open while running games.
 * Handful of thread sync improvements.
 * Fixed on-the-fly interpreter/recompiler configuration.
 * Fixed plugin hotswapping (mostly works, but still a little funny at times)
 * All new assertion dialogs and popup message handlers.
 * RecentIsoList defaults to 12 instead of 6

Dev Notes:
 * I had to create a new set of assertion functions called pxAssume*.  Originally I hoped to avoid that complexity, and just use a single one-assert-fits-all case, but turned out blanketly using __assume() for all assertion cases wasn't reliable.
 * wxGuiTools: Replaced the operator, with operator& -- the latter has proper order of precedence, the former required () to scope correctly. >_<
