David IsztlandClaude Opus 4.8 db6c2bb253 docs: document monorepo structure and refactor status in README 
Broaden the README beyond Apple Silicon to the single-core monorepo: add a
Repository Layout section (root shared core + platforms/{android,ios}), a
collaborator-facing "Monorepo Refactor — In Progress" section summarizing
REFACTOR_STATUS.md (why, done, remaining, branch plan), a build-all status
badge, mobile build instructions, and an up-front pointer for collaborators.

Stenzek e5cb313d92 deps: Update to Qt 6.6.0 and SDL2 2.28.4 
Also bumps the minimum macOS version to 11.0.

Minimum for building is 6.5.3, because there's no 6.6 flatpak runtime yet.
