What is ARMSX2 native tools?

ARMSX2 native tools includes useful helpers for various platforms that the emulator supports, including: Android, iOS, Xbox/UWP and PC, they are used for a variety of tasks where performance is critical and to access low level stuff such as converting ISO games to CHD for file compression.
