FROMLIST: ASoC: hdmi-codec: Use HDMI notifications to add jack support

Use HDMI connection / disconnection notifications to update an ALSA

Conflicts:
	sound/soc/codecs/Kconfig
	sound/soc/codecs/hdmi-codec.c
