Heiko Stuebner 2a2018c3ac riscv: make t-head erratas depend on MMU
Both basic extensions of SVPBMT and ZICBOM depend on CONFIG_MMU.
Make the T-Head errata implementations of the similar functionality
also depend on it to prevent build errors.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
