Pavel Machek 85b6bce365 [PATCH] Fix suspend with traced tasks ...

strace /bin/bash misbehaves after resume; this fixes it.

(akpm: it's scary calling refrigerator() in state TASK_TRACED, but it seems to
do the right thing).
