Cristian Marussi 6699567b0b firmware: arm_scmi: Fix double free in OPTEE transport

Channels can be shared between protocols, avoid freeing the same channel
descriptors twice when unloading the stack.

several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
