Pull workqueue fixes from Tejun Heo: - The recently added cpu_intensive auto detection and warning mechanism was spuriously triggered on slow CPUs. While not causing serious issues, it's still a nuisance and can cause unintended concurrency management behaviors. Relax the threshold on machines with lower BogoMIPS. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
