Update Aptly installation to download from version 1.6.2 using .zip files (aptly_1.6.2_linux_*.zip) instead of .tar.gz format. Also update extraction method to use unzip.

Purpose of This Repository

Build and publish Docker images for the Armbian Build Framework to support isolated, reproducible, and architecture-independent builds. Images are tagged and pushed to the GitHub Container Registry for use in CI pipelines, local development, and automation environments.
