amlogic: Set colorspace to avoid no HDMI signal with non-4K output modes
...
Amlogic devices with the latest "Nougat" kernel will output no HDMI signal if incorrect mode/attr combination is provided. Since Kodi doesn't support setting attr, set it to the most universal value that would allow Kodi to set any output resolution.

In case MESON_FAMILY is "gxm", use Midgard driver, use Utgard
in all other cases.
Additionally:
* change source repository where we can find different driver versions,
easily changeable in package.mk
* get rid of patch files for easier upgrades

Firmware tar.gz available on linode always includes the latest version without changing the file name. This means that actual firmware version is 1.0.0-4, which is known to degrade performance, at least on Amlogic devices. To fix this regression and make sure that we always get the same firmware version, repack the 1.0.0-3 firmware and provide it from our server.
