387c11e253 apache-ant: update to 1.10.8, switch to binary distribution 
We don't really need to build ant from source, as we don't use any
non-standard build options.

This avoids downloading dependencies at build time that maven stores
outside the build dir (to $HOME/.m2/repository). That also fixes build
issues on jenkins.
