linux: add patch for Hauppauge HVR-2205/2215/2255 support

This patch adds support for the Hauppauge HVR-2205/2255 PCIe dual tuners.
These are backported from kernel 4.2, so the patch is unnecessary after
we move on from kernel 4.1.
