Just several fixups, - fix page fault and vblank timeout issues due to delayed vblank handling. - fix panel driver probing to fail without te-gpios property. - fix potential security hole by using "%pK" format. - fix wrong if statement condition. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
