Pull Xtensa updates from Max Filippov: - clean up bootable image build targets: provide separate 'Image', 'zImage' and 'uImage' make targets that only build corresponding image type. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
