Felipe Franciosi 0c7eaf5930 virtio_ring: fix description of virtqueue_get_buf
The device (not the driver) populates the used ring and includes the len
of how much data was written.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``.

several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
