Pull staging/IIO fixes from Greg KH: "Here are some small staging/IIO driver fixes for 4.14-rc4 Most of these have been in my tree for a while due to travels, sorry for the delay. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
