Krzysztof Hałasa 991990a12d WAN: Convert generic HDLC drivers to netdev_ops.

Krzysztof Hałasa dff3fde7be WAN: Allow hw HDLC drivers to override dev->get_stats. 
Use the internal get_stats() by default.
