MIPS: BCM47xx: Update defconfig

Update Broadcom BCM47xx defconfig with:

- tiny RCU
- BCM47xx watchdog driver
- b43/b43legacy wireless as modules
- SSB Gigabit Ethernet driver
- disabled IRDA
