ext4: move 30[1234] from the dangerous to the auto group

Browse Source 
The ext4/301, ext4/302, ext4/303, and ext4/304 tests are not crashing
on 3.10.89, 3.14.53, 3.18.21, 4.1.8, and 4.3-rc2.  So promote these
tests from the dangerous to the auto group.
