Pierre-Marie de Rodat 8f1bef819f Libadalang.Unit_Files.Unit_String_Name: fix handling of chars 128 .. 255 
The special handling for ASCII characters for the translation to UTF-8
also covered the byte range 128 .. 255, which yields invalid UTF-8
strings. Leave the handling of these ranges to the actual UTF-8 encoder.
