Remove 'gnatsas' qualifier from GS CI

Toi avoid installing GNAT SAS and GNAThub, since GNAT SAS
integration tests are now located in the integration-testsuite
and GNAThub tests do not require GNAThub in the PATH (GNAThub hard-coded
databases are present in test dirs).
