Just van Rossum 4011723d0d - new version of PythonCGISlave 
- new script/applet BuildCGIApplet
This largely supercedes :Mac:Demos:cgi, except for the html doc file. Should it move here? Merged with CGI_README.txt?
Todo: fullbuild support.
