1c3ae4b011 * (polyorb-protocols-giop.ad?): use accesses in Get_Representation and 
Get_Buffer for more efficiency.

* (backend-be_corba_ada-nutils.ads, backend-be_corba_ada-runtime.ads):
   New identifiers and runtime entities.

* (backend-be_corba_ada-stubs.adb, backend-be_corba_ada-skels.adb):
   Take in account the new signature of
   PolyORB.Protocols.GIOP.Get_Representation and
   PolyORB.Protocols.GIOP.Get_Buffer.

* (backend-be_corba_ada-skels.adb): Do not make the client wait in
   case of oneway operations.

 Remove useless statements

* (backend-be_corba_ada-generator.adb): Generate "null record" if the
   record aggreagte list is empty.
