blake++ 1b44e95b5f Filter out non-"completed" issues from recently closed list 
Grab the state_reason using the API and only allow issues to qualify as
recently closed if the state_reason is completed (and not anything else
like invalid or duplicate). Tested by building the website locally with
the changes; appears to work fine with no issues.

blake++ 1a00935d6e Fix formatting on writing outputs of traces to files 
Formatting was previously bad because I didn't actually test the
markdown I submitted by building the site locally. I assumed people
would catch me on it if it was wrong (which is a horrible assumption to
make lol). I've fixed the formatting and tested it by building it
myself.
