Partially removed patches to implement support for WICPixelFormat32bppGrayFloat
(accepted upstream).

[windowscodecs-copypixels_to_24bppRGB]
Removed patch to avoid extra conversion step BGR->RGB when converting 32bpp
BGRA to 24bpp RGB (accepted upstream).
