Wan-Teh Chang e472041d5e Update NSS to NSS_3_12_8_BETA1. approval2.0+ by dtownsend in
bug 437904 and by sayrer in bug 525092.  Also includes fixes
for bug 526231, bug 575174, and bug 580679.
