Rafael Ávila de Espíndola ef6791b344 Bug 683975 - Need infra for developer contributed compilers. r=rail.
A small update:
*) Add the patches that I forgot on the first patch.
*) Just patch binutils to have a deterministic ar.
*) Bootstrap and install the linker too.
