This moves nsISafeOutputStream.idl into xpcom/io and makes nsAStreamCopier handle nsISafeOutputStream correctly (calling finish instead of close). r=bz r=bsmedberg --HG-- rename : netwerk/base/public/nsISafeOutputStream.idl => xpcom/io/nsISafeOutputStream.idl
