src	Bug 454990. On Windows, increase the size of our TCP send window to 128KB, from the default of 8KB. The value is already 128KB on other OSes, and it appears that other browsers on Windows change the default in the same way. r=jduell, r+sr=bzbarsky.	2009-02-09 12:31:44 -05:00
