Desc: Bug 916293 - [Clock]: Changes to nRemainHours need ID change to get picked up by l10n - r=jugglinmike

- Rename `nRemainHours` to `nAndRemainHours` so the l10n process can pick up the new string
- Remove old `nRemainHours` translations
- Add more unit tests to the render method to ensure all localization strings are properly used
