Jeff Walden 583c6b4c88 Bug 396226 - Provide an API to asynchronously generate HTTP responses in httpd.js, and implement a state-storage system which can store object references to provide greater contextual information in handlers. NB: this push enables httpd.js debug output just in case something goes wrong, to be disabled as soon as it's clear nothing has -- expect the first Windows builds to finish next century sometime. r=sayrer
