Since Keyframe.easing should reflect the {transition,animation}-timing- function value relevant to each keyframe, we'll need to store on nsTimingFunction the specific timing function value that was used, and copy it down into ComputedTimingFunction for KeyframeEffectReadOnly.getFrames() to access.
