Neil Rashbrook 0b70d2a086 Bug 869836 - Part 9a: Use AssignLiteral(MOZ_UTF16(...)) instead of Assign(NS_LITERAL_STRING(...)). r=ehsan
Relading with correct bug number so DONTBUILD.
