Jeff Muizelaar 644f4e96df Bug 792954. Add a WeakPtr implementation to use instead of nsISupportsWeakReference. r=joe,ehsan,Waldo
This patch also replaces the usage of nsISupportsWeakReference in RasterImage as an example.
