Thomas Zimmermann a95391e5e2 Bug 1220121: Prepare IPDL support for additional Bluetooth types, r=brsun
This patch adds IPDL helpers for transfering |BluetoothAddress|,
|BluetoothPinCode|, and |ControlPlayStatus|.
