Jocelyn Liu 3699cd017e Bug 1063449 - Add and implement GATT client connection related bluetooth Web APIs. r=btian, r=bz
This patch mainly covers:
  1) Implement register/unregister client, connect/disconnect methods in BluetoothGatt object.
  2) Add/Modify related webidls for 1).
  3) Implement result handlers, notifications in BluetoothGattManager.
