Robert O'Callahan 11a3d788af Bug 534425. Part 6: Let nsIWidgets expose a LayerManager to be used to render into the widget, instead of nsPaintEvent::renderingContext which is removed since it's no longer needed. Currently all widgets fall back to a default BasicLayerManager implementation.
