Benjamin Smedberg 2a5f3518de 1;2cBug 548217 - Make NP_SEEK streams work properly: they shouldn't crash if NPN_RequestRead is called after all the stream data is delivered, and they should call NPP_DestroyStream when NPN_DestroyStream is called, but not before. To this end, the classes nsPluginStreamInfo and nsPluginStreamListenerPeer have been unified: the nsNPAPIPluginStreamListener holds the stream listener peer alive so that additional range requests can be made on it.
