Ehsan Akhgari d0cacc4bc3 Bug 1180347 - Split media.useAudioChannelService to support turning the service on without turning the Firefox OS specific APIs on; r=baku
This is going to be needed for us to be able to turn the AudioChannelService
on for desktop without exposing the Firefox OS specific APIs.
