Andrew McCreight 1deb822201 Bug 1240904 - Remove ParamTraits for NPString and NPVariant. r=bsmedberg 
These are unused. PPluginScriptableObject uses its own Variant type
for IPC. Furthermore, there is a bug in ParamTraits<NPString>::Read
that ends up copying out uninitialized memory.
