Robert O'Callahan	cb0cabc5be	Bug 431341. Include floating first-letter text when we build textruns for a paragraph, because we want nsLineBreaker to see the text for capitalization analysis. Make sure that textrun construction for floating first-letter text uses the block as its scope.
