14e2bd234f Bug 697322 - Add easier to use reset method to CallReceiver; r=luke 
All users of InvokeArgsGuard that use calleeHasBeenReset use it before
setting a new callee/this in a loop.  We should make it easier to use
by combining the reset with the setup with the setting of the new
callee.

fdb5ec2f79 Bug 670596 - Mark ununused arenas as decommitted; r=?,njn 
This patch tells the OS which pages we are not using after we do a GC_SHRINK.
The result is that the OS can do a better job managing memory, send less to
swap and will not count these pages against us in RSS.

Some of these changes aren't quite ideal, but it's the best my tooling can do and I think it's very much a step in the right direction. This is necessary to do first, because doing if(foo) -> if (foo) changes the location of parentheses, which affects how other things should be aligned. So this has to be built into the tooling, and we might as well take care of the pre-existing issues first.

This isn't a huge deal, but it's necessary for the other style changes we want to make. Specifically, when adding and removing things from lines within macros, xpcfix corrects continuation backslashes by putting them at column 79. If we make sure that this is also the default everywhere, then everything will match up.

git diff -w shows no changes here as well.

071d1f62d5 Bug 693406: Set the activeAnalysis flag in the proper compartment when printing TypeCompartments from js_DestroyContext with INFERFLAGS=full. r=bhackett 
When ISpewResult is enabled, js_DestroyContext walks over all the
compartments and dumps their types. However, it doesn't switch the context
to each compartment as it does so, so the context passed in to all the
print calls may not be in the same compartment as the scripts whose type
inference results it's printing. This means that

    AutoEnterAnalysis enter(cx);

sets the activeAnalysis flag in the wrong compartment, leading to assertion
failures in functions like js::analyze::ScriptAnalysis::slotEscapes.
