8379fbf60e Add support for unprefixed calc(), and prefer serializing to unprefixed form. (Bug 771678) r=bzbarsky 
This also converts all of the tests in layout/style/test/ to using
calc(), except that it duplicates all of the valid values and some of
the invalid values for 'width' and '-moz-column-rule-width' (which are
the two properties that intentionally have extensive calc() tests) in
property_database.js.

4ff76331ca Bug 629882 - Support currentColor in the 2D canvas context; r=dbaron 
This changes nsCSSParser::ParseColorString to fill in an nsCSSValue instead
of an nscolor, and exposes nsRuleNode::ComputeColor to turn this nsCSSValue
into an nscolor.

Because gradients can be used with different canvas elements in different
documents, these cannot pass useful values for nsRuleNode::ComputeColor's
aPresContext and aStyleContext arguments. This patch also changes SetColor
to deal with those parameters being null.

d54aaab73b Bug 157681 - Part 2: Optimize positioned frame offset changes by moving the frame as opposed to reflowing it in case we know that the size of the frame will not change; r=dbaron 
This patch adds a change hint to signal that one of the offsets on a
frame has been changed.  When processing the hint, we do one of the
following things based on the position property of the frame.

* For static frames, we ignore the offset changes completely, as they
  will not change the layout.
* For relative positioned frames, this patch refactors the
  nsHTMLReflowState::ComputeRelativeOffsets function so that it can be
  used from other callers, and it uses that to compute the new relative
  offsets, and uses the offsets computed previously to compute the new
  position of the frame.
* For absolute positioned frames, we set up a fake parent reflow state
  object, and then we create a new reflow state object for the frame in
  question.  This setup is similar to what nsFrame::BoxReflow does.
  Once we have the new reflow state object, we use it to compute the
  absolute offsets, and then we use the computed offsets to set the new
  position of the frame.  The offset computation is similar to what
  nsAbsoluteContainingBlock::ReflowAbsoluteFrame does.  In some cases
  where it is possible for the dimensions of the frame to change based
  on the offset changes, we fall back to a full reflow.

c8229a6d7f Don't use Moz prefix on internal function names in nsComputedDOMStyle for recommendation-track properties. (Bug 756219, patch 2) r=bzbarsky 
This avoids using prefixes in internal code, in line with users of
nsCSSPropList.h, where we only make the CSS_PROP_DOMPROP_PREFIXED()
macro expand to use prefixes when it's needed for something that's
exposed.

This implements my proposal in
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-style/2011Apr/0381.html and
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-style/2011Apr/0387.html .  I
think it was a serious mistake to implement what the spec says, and I'm
fixing that mistake so that we have a chance to change the spec.

In other words, when an @keyframes rule has two key selectors at the
same time, the later one no longer overrides the entirety of the earlier
one.  The overriding is done for each property that's in the later rule.
(And the -moz-animation-timing-function is taken only from the keyframe
actually used for the given property; if there's no declaration there
then the computed value of the property is used.)

The test for @keyframes cascade fails without the patch; the test for
@keyframes cascade2 tests behavior that works both before and after the
patch.

Note:  This also fixes a crash (when notifications happen) from
calling mql.addListeners(null).

This also fixes test_media_query_list.html so that the initial set of
tests doesn't keep running through the later tests.

The test for the null-dereference has been confirmed to crash without

The test for the gc issue has been confirmed to fail without the patch
and pass with the patch.

a371dc7830 Bug 524925 - Recompute overflow without reflowing for transforms. part=1/6 r=dbaron 
Add an extra change hint, UpdateOverflow, that can be used to specify that
a frame's overflow areas may have changed and that they need to be recalculated.
When a transform on a frame changes, instead of marking it for reflow, set this
hint instead.

There is an added virtual function on nsIFrame, UpdateOverflow, which is called
recursively on a frame when the corresponding hint is set, to allow it to
update its overflow areas.
