The old code does two little bits of special sauce that are worth mentioning:

1 - It calls OnWrapper{Created,Destroyed} to maintain the lifetime of the
    addref'd context stack pointer. But that whole thing is gone now.

2 - It calls ScriptEvaluated to potentially invoke termination functions in
    certain cases. nsCxPusher does this too, but with slightly different logic.
    In particular, nsCxPusher checks whether the given JSContext was already
    on the stack, whereas AutoCXPusher checked whether there was another cx on
    the stack above this one. As far as I can tell from my investigations of
    this stuff, this is all total voodoo, and I think it should probably be fine
    to just use an nsCxPusher here.

Also, termination functions are going away soon in bug 841312.

The only functional difference here is that AutoSafeJSContext entered a request.
Really, we should always enter a request and a compartment at the same time. But
for now we just preserve the old behavior with a JSAutoRequest.

344cf83bcf Bug 860438 - Simplify JSContext handling {Cancel,Suspend,Resume}WorkersForWindow. r=gabor 
The only functional difference here is the removal of a bug in which we were
constructing a dom::workers::AutoSafeJSContext around aCx, but then continuing
to pass aCx to the callee. If aCx were to be null, we'd end up with a mismatch
between the stack and the active cx. But it looks likes stuff depends on cx
being non-null anyway, so that probably never happened.

ff2971de14 Bug 853298 - Part 1: Switch the ownership model of audio nodes to be based the cycle collector with wrapper caches; r=roc 
Here is what this patch does:
 * Got rid of the JSBindingFinalized stuff
 * Made all nodes wrappercached
 * Started to hold a self reference while the AudioBufferSourceNode is playing back
 * Converted the input references to weak references
 * Got rid of all of the SetProduceOwnOutput and UpdateOutputEnded logic

The nodes are now collected by the cycle collector which calls into
DisconnectFromGraph which drops the references to other nodes and destroys the
media stream.  Note that most of the cycles that are now inherent in the
ownership model are between nodes and their AudioParams (that is, the cycles
not created by content.)

7a5392b28d Bug 861493. When passing arguments to an Xray for a WebIDL constructor, make sure to do the argument unwrapping before entering the content compartment. r=bholley,waldo 
There are several changes here:

1) Adds some MutableThis methods to Optional, Nullable, and dictionaries to
   effectively allow doing a const_cast without knowing the actual type being
   templated over.  I needed this because I do not in fact know that type in
   the relevant code.  I'm open to suggestions for a better name for this
   method.
2) Adds some operator& to RootedJSValue to make it look more like a JS::Value,
   and in particular so I can JS_WrapValue the thing in it.
3) Adds a Slot() method to NonNullLazyRootedObject, just like NonNull has.
4) Adds an operator& to LazyRootedObject to make it look more like JSObject* so
   I can JS_WrapObject the thing in it.
5) Implements the actual rewrapping of the arguments into the content compartment.
6) Fixes a small preexisting bug in which we didn't look at named constructors
   in getTypesFromDescriptor (this was causing my tests to not compile).
7) Changes Xrays to not enter the content compartment when calling a WebIDL
   constructor.
8) Adds some friend API to report things as not being functions.

6fd248fb89 Bug 865260 - Use IsXrayWrapper rather than ObjectIsNativeWrapper in nsWindowSH. r=bz 
There are some other uses of ObjectIsNativeWrapper in other scriptable helpers
that are tempting to remove as well, but it's probably just better to wait for
that stuff to just go away. Given that the issue we're running into here is
Window-specific, there's not a pressing need to fix the other stuff.
